About this website

This website gives general information about Studio DA and our 3D design work. You do not need an account to use it, and nothing can be purchased through it.

Design services are covered by a separate agreement

Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services at a particular price, on a particular schedule, or at all. Contacting us does not create a client relationship or oblige either of us to work together.

Any design work we carry out is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Studio DA, which sets out matters such as scope, fees, ownership of the work, and responsibilities. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for that project.

Using this website

You may view this website and share links to it. You agree not to:

• use it in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or interfere with its operation or security;
• send us anything that is unlawful, deceptive, or contains malicious code; or
• copy or scrape its content in bulk, including to train or develop machine learning or AI systems.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website, including its text, images, renderings, 3D models, video, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Studio DA or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You may view it for your own reference. You may not copy, modify, publish, sell, or reuse it without our written permission.

Third-party names and marks

Names, logos, and trademarks of clients, tours, events, teams, vehicles, and other brands that appear on this website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance describes the context of the work shown and does not mean that those owners sponsor or endorse Studio DA, or that we are affiliated with them, unless we say so.

Information and files you send us

We welcome scans, drawings, photographs, and other material that helps us understand a project. When you send us anything before a signed agreement or non-disclosure agreement is in place:

• it is not treated as confidential, and no confidentiality obligation arises. We will use reasonable care with it, but please do not send confidential, trade secret, or export-controlled material until the appropriate agreement has been signed;
• you confirm that you have the right to share it with us;
• you keep whatever ownership you have in it, and you allow us to use it to review your inquiry and respond to you; and
• you understand that we may already be working on, or may later independently develop, designs similar to what you describe, and that receiving your material does not restrict that work.

Content on this website, including specifications, measurements, performance figures, renderings, concepts, and case studies, is general information about past or illustrative work. Results depend on the application.

It is not engineering, safety, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it to design, make, install, or use any part, structure, or system. Live entertainment and motorsports equipment can involve serious risks, and its suitability and safety should be assessed by qualified professionals for your specific use.

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of this website at any time without notice. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete or current, or that it will always be available.
